We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hoursā notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
24+ Hoursā Notice:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
Less Than 24 Hoursā Notice:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.
Within 1 Hour / No-Show:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time, as well as appointments that are missed without notice (No-Show), will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests may be made by calling the salon, emailing us, or leaving a voicemail/message when the salon is closed.
If you contact the salon at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your cancellation or rescheduling request will be considered timely, even if the salon is closed and your message is not received or reviewed by our staff until the next business day.
If your cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the applicable cancellation fee will apply according to the policy above.
All clients are required to review and sign our Cancellation Policy form before an appointment can be booked. By signing the form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of our Cancellation Policy, including the applicable cancellation and no-show fees.
A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. By providing a card on file and signing the Cancellation Policy form, you authorize the salon to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee when the terms of this policy are met.
