Cancellation Policy

If you’re unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to notify us of your cancellation/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to try and fill the appointment time with another client.

Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours to the start of your scheduled appointment time, will be charged 50% of your service total to the card you supplied on file. If you reschedule/cancel within an hour of your scheduled appointment or No Show, then your card will be charged 100% of the service total.

Cut & Style

Everyone will receive one complimentary 10 minute maintenance trim with each haircut.  All haircuts include shampoo, cut and blow dry.
